I build and run private AI on my own hardware — local language, speech and voice models with no cloud service. I set up the same kind of system for local offices, explain it in plain English, and stay reachable after the install.
My day job is touring production management, where details change by the hour and a missed handoff costs money. That's the habit I bring: clear next steps and a person in charge.

Is local AI as good as ChatGPT?
For everyday office work — reading forms, summarizing, drafting letters, answering from your own documents — current open models running locally do the job well. For tasks with no private data, you can still choose a cloud tool. We test on your real examples before you commit.
What hardware do I need?
Usually one small desktop computer that sits in your office. I recommend a specific model after the privacy check and quote it before you buy. You own it.
Will it send anything to patients or clients?
No. It prepares drafts and answers for staff. A person reviews and sends.
Does this make us HIPAA compliant?
No tool does that by itself. Keeping data on your own machine removes one big risk, and we document the setup so your compliance contact can review it.
